The iKhaya Lodge restaurant follows the African theme beautifully with unique totem poled lighting, local sandstone clad columns and originally carved doors. This together with traditional local interiors and furnishings makes for a relaxing and unique ambiance. The restaurant and lounge areas open up onto a wooden decked patio, overlooking the Square, where you can sip a drink or cocktail, read the newspaper or simply gaze at the wonders of Table Mountain .
A Breakfast Buffet is served every morning between 7-10am , and a Lunch Buffet is served between 12-2pm every weekday; a popular choice of healthy home cooking for the surrounding business people . We also provide an all day á la carte menu including a delectable tapas menu. Private lunch or dinners for parties can be arranged and need to be booked in advance. We offer a variety of menus from sit-downs to buffet to cocktail food.
Our eclectic function menu options consist of dishes from all over the African continent, which is truly complimented by this unique African experience. African, jazz or blues music, can also be added to your experience of the iKhaya Café by prior arrangement.
